Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort held its Fifth Annual Food & Wine Classic on October 31st and November 1st. The event offered guests an opportunity to eat, drink, mingle, learn, and then watch the famous Disney fireworks.
Guests sampled food, wine, beer and spirits from around the world, enjoyed live entertainment, and attended educational seminars, on subjects ranging from pasta-making to sushi.
New this year was the Beer Garden on the Crescent Terrace, featuring beers from around the world and German-style bar snacks such as handcrafted sausages, soft pretzels, weiner schnitzel, sauerkraut and potato salad.
It was a great opportunity to meet award-winning Chefs of Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort including celebrity chef Todd English and Laurent Branlard, the only two-time winner of the World Pastry Team Championship.
