KevinFonzo_002Celebrity Chef Kevin Fonzo is owner of the K Restaurant and Wine Bar in College Park. This award winning chef was featured in publications such as “Glamour Magazine”,  Brew Magazine”, “Brewpub”, “Nations Restaurant News”, “Southern Living”, “Atlanta Magazine”, and “The Atlanta Constitution.”

In spare time, Chef Kevin is giving back to our community by volunteering at the Orlando Junior Academy. His efforts were recognized by the first lady Michelle Obama as a part of her “Chef’s Move to School” initiative.

Chocolate artist!!!

DavidRamierezFeatured on my blog banner are chocolate creations by David Ramirez.

He is the Executive Pastry Chef at Rosen Shingle Creek, in addition to being the Creative Director at David Ramirez Chocolates.

Chef David has appeared on the Food Network, and most recently, he was one of the Chefs featured on The Cooking Channel, in the premiere episode of “Emeril’s Florida”.

David started competing early in his career, and he has won dozens of awards from the American Culinary Federation.  In 2009, he was named the Captain of Team USA, in the most prestigious pastry competition in the world, the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie.  In 2011, he was inducted into Orlando Magazine’s Culinary Hall of Fame.
